The spa incorporates a wide range of treatments using world famous ESPA products or locally made Organic Spiezia products. Treat yourself to an ESPA Aromatherapy Massage, a Cornish Organic Facial or a St Michaels Signature Back Bliss treatment designed especially for you by our team of expert therapists. Other treatments include a wide range of massage, facials, body wraps, stone therapy, manicures or pedicures. Once your treatment has finished you can relax in our relaxation room where you will find complimentary herbal teas.Fitness
Our fitness studio includes a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as a dedicated free weights area. A lovely, relaxed spa day St Michaels is on the sea front opposite the beautiful Gyllingvase beach in Falmouth. The sun was shining on the day I went - which was a great start. I was warmly greeted at reception and my therapist for the day was instantly likeable. First was my massage - which was perfect. Not too gentle and not too hard. Then, the expert facial - which gave me the most amazing glow. That was the best bit. Then a swim in the lovely pool before a delicious lunch at a table overlooking the beach and a file and polish for fingers and toes in the afternoon. I loved my day. It was relaxed and expert. I felt gorgeous when I left and slept extremely well that night. I would wholeheartedly recommend a day at St Michaels. The treatment rooms are clean, stylish and they smell delicious. The products are Espa - say no more. The staff are friendly and skilled. It really is a treat of a place. |

First Time Experience We received a very warm welcome and clear description of the facilities available. All we needed was found in the locker. The quality and cleanliness of towels etc could not be faulted. Gym, pool, sauna and steam room were used before our treatment.The girls who provided the treatments were most polite, hospitable and helpful, especially to myself, never having experienced a treatment before. The were un-hurried and made it very personable. It was an experience I would be delighted to recommend to others and would love to have myself again some time in the near future.The meal we had afterwards was superb, well presented and very tasty. The waitresses were friendly and met our every need. The ambiance was just right, relaxing and unrushed. I cannot speak too highly of the total package. Thank you for making it the perfect present for my wife and I. |

Must make it an annual event After enjoying our first visit, which was for “big birthdays”, my friend and I decided to try and make it an annual event. We saved up our £2 coins so there was no guilt involved in treating ourselves when the time came.This time was as good as the first; certainly no worse and possibly even a touch better as the timings we were given meant the day had a smoother flow. We had a short spell in the gym, followed by a leisurely swim and the bubbling Jacuzzi. Lunch was delicious, with healthy and not-so-healthy choices, beautifully prepared and presented.Then for an afternoon of total pampering. The therapists checked what we wanted out of our treatments and we let ourselves go. They were supremely professional and we both enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The afternoon flew by. I was so relaxed that I forgot which side my indicator switch was on my car – perhaps a treatment day should carry a driver’s health warning! We are already saving up for next year. |

Enjoyable and relaxing Our Mother and Daughter was very good, both mum and I really enjoyed it and finished the day very relaxed and happy. The only confusion was that one of our treatments was billed as Manicure and Pedicure. We assumed that meant we each got a manicure and a pedicure. Turns out there was one manicure and one pedicure and we had to decide who wanted which. Otherwise a lovely location, friendly helpful staff and a very relaxing day. |

Highly recommended This spa visit was to celebrate my friend, Tessa's, special 'big'¯ birthday and my only slightly smaller one. It was something Tessa had wanted to do for many years and she was thrilled to finally do it. I had researched several places in Cornwall but this seemed to be the best by far as a pool was important to me and the treatments included were better than most. The deal through spaseekers was better than going to the hotel directly. The hotel was very stylish, with a nautical theme. We made our way downstairs to the spa and were delighted by the size of the pool. I am a very keen swimmer and was expecting that the photo of the pool would turn out to be a plunge pool biu it was a great size. The lady on the spa reception welcomed us, took our orders for lunch (the delicious sounding menu made me hungry already; the choice was great and far more substantial than expected). She explained the facilities. |
