Treatments & Staff good I found the staff friendly. Treatments were excellent. Unfortunately the steam room and Jacuzzi were out of order. Towels were very aged. Swimming pool area could do with moderising. Based on my experience, staff aside (who were excellent), I did not consider my experience overall value for money. |
