The Spa offers the ultimate in pampering with treatments from the famous houses of Clarins, E’spa, Jessica, St Tropez and Ytsara. Rejuvenate yourself with a Hydrotherapy bath or sample the Thai techniques with an Ytsara massage. Between treatments, snuggle under a duvet in our relaxation areas – a haven of tranquillity. With 18 beauty treatment rooms and our team of therapists dedicated to your pampering needs, ‘our mission is to help alleviate the emotional and physical stresses of your life enabling you to treasure the most precious things you have - your health and your body.’

Exercise & Activities

For the energetic, there is a fully air conditioned StairMaster gymnasium complete with Cardio Theatre, but for those who are here to relax and unwind, our pool never fails to impress and the Mediterranean temperature lets you drift off to far away shores. Early in 2005 we will be opening additional Spa facilities to take your day experience onto new levels of deep relaxation; a hydrotherapy pool and a haven of heat and ice experiences will be waiting for you to explore.

Cuisine

Refreshments and light healthy options are available throughout the day along with a few indulgent calorific pleasures - all necessary for your perfect pampering day!
If moving from your lounger is a little too energetic then don’t, just pick up your poolside phone and your order will be delivered to you.
Lunch is served as a buffet from 11.30am-2.30pm.
