The recently refurbished Moncreiffe Restaurant is situated in the Hall with a host of original features including crystal chandeliers & an open fireplace. Awarded 2 AA Rosette (one of the Best Local Restaurants) It also has fantastic views that overlook the beautiful manicured gardens & estate (smart casual wear)

The hotel lies 7 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and 7 miles from Warwick - so there's something for everyone. Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's country, is one of the biggest tourism magnets of the area. There's lots to see and do in the town. The area is great for families, take your pick from the following local attractions: Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm Europe's largest butterfly farm - an indoor exotic rainforest landscape with hundreds of the world's most spectacular and colourful butterflies. From 19th September to 30th November a collection of the finest costumes, props and photographs are on special loan from the Royal Shakespeare Company, in the Great Hall. During the October Half Term, the castle's ghosts are out to haunt visitors. From December 10th to 2nd January, the castle's courtyard is transformed into a winter wonderland with an outdoor ice rink. Warwick Castle is 2 miles from junction 15 of the M40.
