I visited Champneys with my sister for a birthday treat and found it a very nice experience.The food,service and politeness of the staff was top notch.One small criticism,when I booked I was told that I would be sent a pack with a map,brochure, etc. which never arrived.The satnav does not take you there.

Arrived and room was clean and well presented. A complementary basket of fruit was provided courtesy spaseekers. Our schedule was all booked and all we had to do was turn up for treatments and classes.Food and facilities were great and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.We had booked a Traditional Week which although went all too quickly left us feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the world again.Guest Rating
