A day to remember, a day to unwind, a day to catch up with a dear friend..... Well that is what i was expecting, after a confusion of days, in which I had booked, with confusion if we were able to have treatment. On arrival a welcoming face and good information, the pool area was cold and lacked atmosphere. The treatments were nice and the girls where friendly, unfortunately they were running late so my 30min manicure was cut short. Very disappointing... would i recommend this company or hotel ... NO. A disappointing day for the money spent and to top it of on departure we were not told there was a code to the exit gate so after driving up the drive to find we could not get out.. Reversing back to the car park having to go into reception to ask how to get out of the hotel... what a nightmare!!!Guest Rating -

On arrival we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and explained what would happen throughout the day. We were left to relax over a cup of tea until our first treatment. As we are both 'big'¯ girls we were pleased and relieved to find the robes were big enough to fit us!! The treatments were carried out very professionally and the girls were very discreet and respected our modesty. We were served with a very tasty lunch and enjoyed a long leisurely swim. In all we found the day very relaxing and we can't wait to go back for more of the same.Guest Rating
