Upmarket gym!
I took my best friend on a '2-4-1' package, which included a half-hour mini-treatment. On arrival we were informed that one of the therapists had had to go home due to illness, which meant that everything was a bit chaotic but they still managed to fit our treatments in, albeit an hour or so later than booked.This is really a smart gym, with a nice pool and good changing rooms, but did not feel anything like a 'spa'. The pool was split into lanes, and being used by serious swimmers so there was nowhere to 'lounge' about apart from the jacuzzi (with a 15 min time limit) and the Reception area which was the main gym reception and therefore fairly busy. We attended one of the beginner's Pilates classes (subject to space availability, you can join in most of the classes) but didn't use the gym as it looked quite technical and we were really looking for a relaxing spa day, not a workout!

We got a friendly and warm welcome when we arrived; we were given our complimentary robes, towels and slippers ( the wrong slippers were in the bags but the staff did their best to correct this) and then we were shown where we needed to go. The appointment for the massages was very prompt and again the staff were warm and friendly.The massages were very relaxing and we came out feeling really good.After the massage we had time for lunch; this was good quality and excellent value.Overall this was a good experience which we hope to repeat.Guest Rating -

we had a lovely half day with lunch in the cafe area which we found really reasonable and very appetising with excellent service. would definatley recomend .. The treatments were very good but would have loved a longer session, but we had the 2 for 1 and found it a very good offer.Guest Rating
