We got a friendly and warm welcome when we arrived; we were given our complimentary robes, towels and slippers ( the wrong slippers were in the bags but the staff did their best to correct this) and then we were shown where we needed to go. The appointment for the massages was very prompt and again the staff were warm and friendly.The massages were very relaxing and we came out feeling really good.After the massage we had time for lunch; this was good quality and excellent value.Overall this was a good experience which we hope to repeat.

A lovely set up - light and airy building with cafe area at front. Went on a Saturday morning and the staff were all chilled and helpful even though lots of people coming in for classes so the changing rooms were heaving at times. The gym equipment looked good when i peeked through the window (as close as i got) and there were staff permantley cleaning areas to keep ontop of the high through flow of visitors. We would have stayed longer if there was somewhere to chill with a magazine inbetween nipping in and out of the sauna and decent sized pool. The only place to do this was out the front in the cafe which was not really ideal as families were meeting up after having been swimming and the comings and goings of the reception desk weren't conducive to relaxing.Pretty good all in but if you want a day of chilling then dont go on a saturday and all should be well!Guest Rating -

I bought the package as a surprise for my husbands birthday. We arrived at the club about 10.30 and one of the receptionists showed us round and explained everything to us.We started in the gym, then went swimming,then had a shower and went to the cafe on site for lunch.After lunch, we had our 3 treatments, then went in the jacuzzi and sauna before finishing off with a coffee prior to leaving.The club was lovely,the facilities perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. All the staff we met made the day really special and were really attentive to us.the treatments were absolutely fantastic and we had them done at the same time but in different,adjoining rooms. Our 'light lunch' was more than we could eat .! the service was excellent, and the food of a very high standard.We were given extra towels on request and they let us stay longer than 5 so we could have a coffee at the end. We felt truly pampered at the end and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone and also felt it was very good value for money. Thank you spaseekers for recommending this spa.Guest Rating
