A Wonderful Experience
I bought my partner a spa day as an anniversary present and subsequently decided that it might be a nice idea for me to accompany her to the spa rather than play a round of golf at the adjoining club. After some initial difficulties locating the spa, tucked in amongst the Ashdown Forest, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful architecture of the main hotel building. The spa itself is wonderfully well appointed with pleasant and courteous staff. The treatments themselves were absoltuely delightful though granted I have no grounds for comparison. All the facilities on offer were in excellent condition and I would thoroughly recommend it to people in the area.

Accommodation
Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club offers a wide range of luxurious accommodation from a Deluxe Room overlooking the stunning grounds, to 4-poster Master Suites for the ultimate treat. Rooms offer a traditional English style, with ensuite faculties, colour television, private telephone. With 106 individually style bedrooms to choose from there is something to suit all tastes and we look forward to discussing your own personal preferences with you.
Cuisine
A range of light meals are available in the Country Club and lounges of the Hotel. The Anderida Restaurant has two AA Rosettes and offers your choice of A La Carte or Table D’Hote for lunch and dinner. Room service is also available should you wish to dine in the privacy of your bedroom.
Relaxation & Pampering
The Salon at Ashdown Park has been designed to offer a relaxed atmosphere. Sensorial pleasure and high performance products are Matis signature words. Matis presents ranges that are unique, innovative and are all focused on the theme of total well-being, this helps us ensure you leave us feeling revived.

The setting and location were superb, parking and exit could have been better signed. Welcome drinks and lunch were excellent, extras are expensive and there is no price provided at the time of ordering so asking for prices before ordering would be my recommendation. Having said that you don't expect Spa prices to be cheap. The robes, towels and slippers are all provided which means you only need your costume, Tip take two.Would definitely go again, a real luxury pampering day.Guest Rating
