This is a day spa that has everything you need for a truly unforgettable experience, one that will soon recharge life’s batteries. Located in an idyllic corner of Somerset, it’s a calming, caring sanctuary well away from the rat race.
The boutique dry spa is perfect for individuals, couples and groups of up to six. There are a number of must-try treatments available here, and unwinding afterwards in the relaxation room should always be on your agenda. If you’re keen to explore, head off for a long walk around the estate.
You’ll also find plenty to see and do in the local area, including the picturesque countryside in and around the Blackdown Hills AONB. History buffs will want to check out the likes of the Crewkerne and District Museum. Sheppy’s Cider Farm at Bradford on Tone is also well worth a visit, and some retail therapy in nearby Ilminster is always a pleasure.

Took my mum for her 75th birthday and she said it was the best massage she had ever had! Very friendly, great communication. Relaxing Lounge area nice (not sure TV with chill images and sounds needs to be on) but still nice room. Maybe not use Alexa for music as adverts interrupt the calming music. Products are lovely. Staff are professional, friendly and gave great service. Afternoon tea very tasty.

Keeping the stress at bay isn’t always easy for me, but when I recently spent a day at Transformations I was amazed at how calm I started to feel. It’s such a relaxing place, and it feels like you’re miles away from your usual worries. If I get the chance, I have a feeling I’ll be going back on a regular basis from now on, hopefully every six weeks or so. Fingers crossed that things turn out that way!

I’ve never been one of those women who find it easy to unwind, but I recently spent a day at Transformations and I surprised to have felt so relaxed there. I had a couple of treatments then spent the rest of the day doing very little, it was heavenly! Having been so stressed out before I went there, I’m so glad I made the effort.
