We hope that you are pleased with your spa voucher. But if you are not entirely happy and would have preferred another spa or package then we'll take the intrinsic value and put it towards a package of your choice.
Redeeming Spa Vouchers
We have two spa voucher types, one type is our monetary vouchers and the other is our set spa day gift vouchers. Our monetary vouchers can only be redeemed by phone whilst the set SpaSeekers spa days can be redeemed online or by phone.
Redeeming Monetary Spa Vouchers.
We ask that you redeem your monetary spa voucher by calling us during office hours. It would be a complex system to offer the redemption process of this voucher type online as there are so many variables.
Calling us ensures a swift efficient and simple booking process where we will personally see to your every requirement and ultimately successfully book your chosen spa and date. If there is a balance between your voucher value and the package price then this is payable on booking.
We then confirm your booking to you by email.
Redeeming SpaSeekers Spa Day gift vouchers.
If you have a gift voucher for one of our set spa days (IE: Mini, Deluxe, Supreme, Mother & Daughter, Lovers or Men's Pamperdays) then you are able to redeem online.
Just browse the spas, ensure that your chosen location advertises the same spa day package as what is printed on your voucher then simply click "Redeem spa voucher" then follow the prompts.
There is a facility to "take a mate" and enjoy a £10 discount. Should you experience any problems then we are always available by phone.
In the event you are not happy with the package that your spa voucher entitles you too, then relax, we'll do our best to offer you an alternative that will suit your requirements.
