If you are in a hurry to receive your spa voucher, then after checkout you have the option to print out an e-voucher. We will still post out your original gift voucher pack which will replace your e-voucher but this may save you some embarrassment if you have missed a birthday, anniversary etc. (This is usually very appealing to men!!)

Q What do I need on my Spa day?A The whole day is geared around your relaxation, so wear something casual and comfortable. Most venues will provide a towel robe and this can be checked in the snap shot of the spa of your choice. Take any other clothing to cater for planned activities such as: wet areas, fitness classes, outdoor activities etc
Q How can I share my experience?A What a great opportunity to share your relaxing day with a special friend or loved one. In your spa voucher pack you will find a £5 discount for additional guests. Just call us on 0845 555 8 555 and let us know that you would like to add a guest.
Q How can I post-date Spa Vouchers?A Your spa vouchers can be post dated on checkout, this way you ensure that the recipient enjoys maximum validity from the date you actually present the voucher rather than the date that you made the purchase.

Spa vouchers can be redeemed via our multi spa brand port folio, they all participate in with the SpaSeekers Spa Days and you are sure to get an enjoyable experience regardless of which spa you choose. Spas have a guest rating so it may be worth while to check this out and read a view reviews before you make a final decision.
Q What is a Light Lunch?A Lunch will vary between spas, but if you are on and off the couch receiving lovely spa treatments and being active then lunch should not really be a major part of the day. However a typical example of a "light lunch" would be a selection of sandwiches, pasta, salad or jacket potato or other similar basic options

Q When do the Vouchers expire?A Vouchers are valid for six months which allows you sufficient time in which to take your spa experience, should you fall pregnant or wish to extend vouchers for another reason then please call us before it expires. Some spa deals may be valid for shorter periods of time depending on the offer. Spa voucher expiry date can always be found on the bottom right hand corner of the voucher.
A Just call us on 0845 555 8 555 with the spa name, package and preferred date. We will personally assist with your booking and forward you an official booking confirmation by email. If you want to book a package that is more expensive than your voucher value, don't worry as you can pay any balance with a debit or credit card.
Q Can I pay with One4all, Virgin or Love2Shop Vouchers?A If you are lucky enough to have any of these third party vouchers then you can use them towards any package on our website. Just select the spa name, package and date and we will expertly handle your booking. We will ask you to post us your third party vouchers (recorded delivery). Once we have received them we'll forward your official booking confirmation. Don't worry if your vouchers don't cover the cost of the package you have selected as any balance can be paid for with a debit or credit card.
Q How do I book additional treatments?A Additional treatments can be booked direct with the spa. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you do this as far in advance as possible as extra treatments are subject to availability.
