My wife and I really enjoyed our overnight spa break at the Albrighton. It was fantastic value for money, we had several hours in the spa which was great, if a little compact. We both had a massage as part of the deal which was fantastic. Our evening meal was in a really grand environment and was very tasty and filling. Room was spacious, clean and with a fantastic view over the lake. Finally breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable and quality! We both would recommend this a great value deal, in great surroundings. For less than £80 quid each this was a no brainer, go for it! P.S. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Many thanks Albrighton 9 out of 10 (I never give 10 out of 10 :-))
We were really excited about spending our bank holiday here for my friend’s birthday but were left quite disappointed. After paying £80 each on arrival the boy on reception was not very helpful told us to sit and get a drink and he would come and get us. He never came and we had to go and find him. The jacuzzi was only half full and we had to ask for this to be filled. There was quite a lot of children throughout the day jumping in and splashing which you do not expect from a spa and it clearly states no jumping in. Aqua aerobics then took place so little relaxing was done. Lunch however was really good and restaurant staff were lovely. The girl who did the treatments was also great! However when we left we handed the keys back and our robes and towels. An hour later we got a phone call and asked why we did not leave a handover and when we planned on paying for our day. As we booked with spa seekers we paid up front and were left very annoyed by the spa phoning up and asking this.
Lovely clean rooms. Very spacious . Food delicious in a very stately dining room with very attentive staff. Treatments good and lovely quiet room to relax with coffee. Spa good. Swimming pool very warm and all areas clean and well maintained. Excellent value for a one night spa package.
A lovely hotel in an excellent location, service and staff were excellent too, my wife had a facial i had a leg massage which were both fine, our room was lovely with all mod cons and the food was very good
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and welcoming. The lunch included in our package was excellent. Our treatments were cut short of the 25 minutes we had booked and this also included consultation time so we did not get our full 25 minutes that we paid for. The treatments were really good but was a bit disappointed at the abrupt ending without warning of both of our treatments. We particularly liked the separate seating insauna suite and We would visit again
