i booked a mother daughter day as it was my daughters birthday on the 24th april we arrived at ten o clock tom served us and was very nice . we were told our first treatment was at 11 and then at 2.30 so we went into the pool area had a swim then we went at 11 to the treatment area we were sat filling in forms and another lady came in and said she too had treatment at 11 her name was harding but it was booked under mason so we were then told we were only having two treatments at 2.30 i knew it should have been three but we didnt want to argue so we returned to the pool i wanted a drink and was told i had to pay for my tea as it wasnt included in the 200 pounds i had paid for the day but i was told by the lady called raj you can drink water and then she said caffeine is bad for you, i said i drink tea , she then said thats how we make all our money its from people like you i think 7 hours is a long time for one drink which you had at lunch so we now walked around then at 12.30 went to lunch we ordered a burger that was supposed to be hereford beef garnished with red onion relish thats not what we got it was a greasy ham burger i had tomatoe thats all i ate and my daughter only ate the cucumber we did have a cocktail which was lovely but by now my daughter was very upset and wanted to go home we had been there 3 hours when we could have stayed at home so i said we will go to complain and go home the girl was very nice and said there had been a mix up and we should have had 3 treatments one being at 11 so they would put it on the end of the other two. i left it up to my daughter to decide she didnt want to upset me so we stayed the treatment was lovely it was the best part of the day but it did not make up for 5 and half hours of nothing to do. we would never ever return and i advice you not to do the same unless you want poor service poor food and to be spoken to like dirt

had a terrible day waste of money the food was rubbish i could have got better from mc donalds and thats being nice our treatment was mixed up due to someone else having the same name was told only having 2 treatments but should have been 3 so then had to have all 3 after 2.30 so we had to wait all day was also insulted by staff member because we were told to drink water all day and after paying 200 pounds for mother /daughter pamper day we were told we could only have a drink with our meal the best bit there was no water and woman scoffed when i said i would pay for a tea thats how we make all our money from people like you it was my daughters birthday on that day it was supposed to be her gift from me and all it did was reduce her to tears because it got worse as the day went on so no i would never go back or ever tell any one to go there

good day

janis dodds, hereford

I booked a mother and daughter pamper day for my mums birthday. Upon arrival at the main reception we were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. However upon arrival at the leisure spa desk, explanations of the procedures of the day were somewhat vague and limited. We spent the morning in the spa using the sauna, steam room, spa and swimming pool, the facilities were good but there were areas in need of repair i.e in the sauna there were loose slats and the changing rooms was basic considering it was a 5 star hotel. Our light lunch was excellent and just what we needed. We both had a facial, back and neck massage and manicure. the ladies in the salon were fantastic, friendly and efficient. this was my first massage, it was amazing.

Fabulous place, staff a little unsure of the package we arrived under and as to if we were entitled to lunch, but they efficiently and courteously checked it all out and then proceeded with giving us lunch
