I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for making my daughter's 30th birthday so wonderful today. We planned a surprise spa day for her, with five of us in total, and your team was fantastic from start to finish. You kept everything under wraps perfectly when we arrived, not letting on that the rest of her friends were already there waiting, which meant the surprise landed exactly as we'd hoped. Thank you too for letting us bring a cake, and for bringing it out for her without any extra charge. It was such a lovely touch. I came to visit Kingsford Park to experience the incredible spa facilities and oh my, what an experience it was. I particularly enjoyed the ice baths coupled with the sauna and cannot thank fitness manager Pat for his knowledge and encouragement in terms of how to go about this combination correctly. What an absolute credit to the company.
