A nice day out Overall my wife and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were polite and friendly and we were both impressed with the treatments received. The luncheon provide was also enjoyed. Our only observation is that the pool and changing room areas, whilst perfectly functional, are looking somewhat jaded and would benefit from a refurbishment. |

A Relaxing morning with a girlfriend! Bought the Early Bird Package and arrived at 9.30am, our treatments were booked in at 11am, so we made the most of the Pool and Jacuzzis beforehand. We were given robes and slippers and sat by the pool relaxing also! Our treatments were done at the same time in different treatment rooms. We both opted for the massage and pedicure. Both treatments were exceptional and very relaxing!Afterwards we went for `Afternoon tea` in the Bar overlooking the gardens. Where we had a 3 tier plate with sandwiches on the bottom, warm scones in the middle and cakes on the top, accompanied by fresh tea! It was a lovely morning and we would not hesitate to book again! |

Lovely relaxing break! Cheltenham Park hotel is a lovely hotel! Went for the night with my friend and couldn\'t have asked for a better more relaxing experience and the package was amazing value for money! We both had two treatments: a massage and a manicure and they were both very professional, relaxing and comforting. Three course evening meal and breakfast both included were delicious and perfect sized portions and room was modern, clean and full of amenities. I would definitely go again and recommend to a friend! |

Relaxing The quality of food was superb. The room was clean and tidy. The treatments were lovely and the staff very welcoming. We enjoyed the fact that we could join in classes in the swimming pool. It was a shame that the pool was closed on one evening for maintenance. Also the drinks were rather pricey. We would definitely go back to this resort, great situation and lovely grounds. |

Relaxing time I would definitely return to this spa resort. The hotel service was very good. The food was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The venue included the use of the pool, gym and guests were welcome to participate in any classes with no extra cost incurred.The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the resort is situated so close to the city centre that it was possible to walk into town. The grounds of the resort were very well kept and I enjoyed a walk around the resort with my daughter. |

Lovely first impression We were greeted warmly on arrival and ultimately made us feel cared for. Informing us of the day programme plentifully it diminished the uncertainty of the unknown new place. Loved the professionally of all staff, it felt like everyone was there for us when needed. Treatments were also most enjoyable and synchronised on time. All parts of the facility were spotless and not surprisingly there was a regular attendance to insure that fine touch of cleanliness. Pleasantly surprised by the presentation of chosen food, simply 10 out of 10 for all that we have experienced. Altogether very nice My friend and I stayed here for a girls overnight spa stay. The hotel itself really needs an overhaul as it is very tired and dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the various departments in the hotel. Our evening meal was lovely, service was great considering they had a large wedding party in.The Spa itself is quite small, there is very little room around the pool, which is not really geared towards a long relaxing stay as it was quite claustrophobic and very warm/humid. The treatments were fine and the therapists very friendly, considerate and professional. |
