The spa, lunch and service was excellent. We both had two experienced masseuse who were exceptional with the treatments we had. The only slight improvement would be to have a fresh robe. After swimming, treatments and then putting the same robe on we both got slightly cold. One the whole we both had a wonderful day and would recommend the facilities to others.

The staff did not know that we had 100 minutes of treatments booked so we spent some time querying this and worrying about the outcome as there were 4 of us and they had the impression that we had 50 minutes each at different times. After this was resolved things were more relaxing and smoother. The lunch was very nice but smoked salmon was served instead of poached salmon. The staff provided a free portion of chips and some bread as a replacement offering. There was fruit salad made available instead of Eton mess per the menu but it would better to have a non diary option available on the menu. Overall it was a lovely day but it would have been better if things were organised and we were provided with a list of treatments and times at the outset.

Lovely facilities, lunch and treatments. Would have liked the pool, steam room and sauna for just spa users only. When we got there a baby swimming session was happening. Also, I would have liked bread with my soup and a more filling lunch and a free coffee. The ladies that did our treatments were great at their jobs and everyone in the staff team were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Brilliant.Staff amazing,helpful,friendly.Spa facilities great and treatments amazing. The' best massage ' from Hayley.Lunch was light but plentiful Soup,a choice of main(I had chicken wrap) and then Eton mess with a lovely glass of Processco.Would recommend for value of money and will be returning.

I have to say we were both very impressed with the offer, the hotel was very welcoming; the room was comfortable; the spa was fabulous - as were the treatments - a most enjoyable time. However, the food was not up to scratch, dinner was included for a value of £32 each, so we both decided to have the rib eye steak as a treat! Unfortunately it was very fatty, chewy and inedible, we sent it back. We did get a refund for the food - will def book with SpaSeekers again.

Great customer service. Kitty our treatment specialist was good. The dinner was enjoyable and restaurant staff where polite and friendly. Breakfast ok . Overall pleasant experience. We hope to visit soon in the near future.
