I went to the spa today for my 50th birthday. Maisie was absolutely brilliant. The massage she gave me was so relaxing and professional - she has golden hands. Lunch at the hotel was delicious accompanied by a glass of prosecco. I am extremely pleased and will use all of these again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks for the great service.

Overall we enjoyed our spa break, hotel staff were extremely friendly & helpful. However it was a shock to have a massage by a male & when I initially refused the only alternative was to come back another day which was not practical. The aim of my massage was relaxation which wasn’t achieved as I felt uncomfortable. Also breakfast was extremely busy and it was disappointing that there was no prepared fresh fruit (melon, etc) or pastries available to us. The staff were under extreme pressure but were very polite & they set up a table in the bar for us, as all the tables were taken in the restaurant

Myself and 3 friends had a 2 day spa break at the Stratford Manor 3/4 May 2024. We had a fabulous time - the hotel is smart and clean, the food delicious, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the spa treatment was amazing! Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Nice big pool, lovely treatment great food, will definitely be going back!
