It was a lovely day, very relaxing and great massage. Friendly environment and not too busy. Even had lunch first in the lounge, it was lovely x
Superb hotel. Fabulous treatment.
Lovely spa day with friends. Staff lovely, had back, neck head massage and it was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Lovely cream tea afterwards. Lady who served our tea (sorry didn’t get you name) was very attentive served a beautiful earl grey tea and went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time. .
Lovely welcome. Friendly staff. Excellent massage. Delicious scones.
My friend and I booked a Moonlight Spa experience to combat the January blues. We booked quickly and easily via the SpaSeekers website and then had our treatment times and further details confirmed by the hotel directly.
We arrived from 4:30pm and had access to the facilities until 9:00pm. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and presented with a welcome drink (smoothie) and chocolate truffle, as well as details of our treatment schedule and robes/slippers.
Once admin was completed (a simple form), we were provided with a meat/cheese/bread/olive board and glass of Prosecco, which was unexpected and delicious.
The 'Tranquility Room' was a fantastic space to relax prior to our treatment (back, neck and scalp aromatherapy massage) and the treatment was executed brilliantly, with constant communication from my therapist.
We would not hesitate to visit again - the facilities were well maintained and we were thoroughly looked after. Perfect treat for a dreary January!
