Lovely greeting and all the day had been planned out for us. Amazing massage by Alex who took time and spoke in a calm and warm manner. There were only 4 beds in the pool area and so other groups perching on benches for a period of time. Pool was a good temp and the area was cleaned regularly. Not much choice with the fruit (a bowl of apples) maybe some dried fruit in bowls would be nice. Lots of water stations. I forgot shampoo and conditioner but thankfully it was supplied along with make up pads, buds, flannels and shower caps. Over all we felt spoilt and had a lovey day.

Usually the spa goers are bottom of the rung in a fancy hotel and given splash dash treatment but was not the case at the landmark. We were made to feel special the moment we arrived and they even sent a message to the restaurant that it was my friends birthday celebration. Such a lovely touch. And the treatments. Oh my goodness. The best I have had and I am really fussy. I had the facial and the body scrub and my therapist was incredible. The products they use are also divine and smell like a taste of heaven. Only tiny niggle was that they had kids hour when we arrived but that was OK as we went to the gym first. Something to note if you choose to arrive at 10am. Secondly the massage my friend received from her therapist wasn't as firm as she asked or anticipated but nevertheless it was a superb day not to mention the delicious food in the winter garden which was a gastronomic delight clearly made by some of the best chefs london hotels have to offer. Spa was so also very clean 👌🏽

Beautiful hotel and warm welcome from all staff. Relaxed in the spa area. Had an amazing deep-tissue massage. A gin and tonic to end the day taking in the ambiance of the hotel.

I’m not the type to rave about hotels, but I had to say something about the Landmark in London. I stayed in the capital for a couple of nights recently for a work conference, but the highlight of the trip was definitely my accommodation. I loved the luxurious bedroom, the stunning restaurant and particularly the tranquil spa. It was so nice to be able to go back to the Landmark after work and to unwind in style. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Go there. Soon!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely long weekend in London recently, and we were both blown away by the hotel we chose to stay in. The Landmark had everything we needed, including a restaurant that served up some wonderful dishes. I had a couple of excellent treatments in the spa, and by the time I left I don’t think I’d ever felt so chilled out. We loved exploring the sights and sounds of London, but we loved coming back to the hotel even more.
