My friend and I were so delighted with our stay. All was wonderful. The Service! The Spa. Our Massage. The Pool. Our room. The food! All top notch! We were spoilt! The view was spectacular too x
The Autumn Spa Day at the Imperial Hotel was lovely. First time visit for me and went alone, but didn’t feel alone, staff were welcoming and super friendly. Will definitely be back, a bargain compared to other similar spa days.
Myself and my friend went on a summer spa day this week and it was so lovely! If you are looking to relax, be looked after and pampered then this is your place! The staff were lovely and very helpful and we were made to feel like queens! Unlike most deals i was looking at, you could use the facilities all day so you could really make a day of it. Can't wait to book again!
This hotel was amazing. It was a Birthday treat for myself and 2 friends. The staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and well organised. The food was cooked to perfection. We could not fault the experience we had and will definitely come again.
On arrival and again when checking out, we were told that we hadn't paid although I assured them (with receipts) that I had paid SpaSeekers direct. It was finally sorted. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony that looked out over a fabulous view of the sea. The hotel forgot to provide the Prosecco and chocolates in the room (although a bottle of wine with dinner was negotiated for instead) The facilities were OK but the treatments were great and the therapists couldn't have been more helpful. Although I had pre-warned the hotel about my food allergies - I had little effort made to adapt the menu - requests were ignored and I was just told what I couldn't have!! Breakfast was much better which was good because I was starving!! Overall, a lovely hotel and facilities spoiled by indifference and poor service by the reception and restaurant staff.

We recently stayed here on a special deal for one night with dinner. As it was such a good deal we weren't expecting too much. We were pleasantly surprised as our Standard room seemed large and airy...... Read more
