Absolutely amazing stay with my friends booked through SpaSeekers! We had a wonderful time at the incredible hotel and spa. SpaSeekers got the best deal with a quick and easy booking for 3 of my friends and I.
My girlfriends and I go away for a spa weekend with SpaSeekers every year. We have always had good experiences. The Elms is a very classy hotel and perhaps has not included itself in these kinds of packages previously. The spa is lovely, treatments were great, accommodation, food and service all excellent. The staff are proud of where they work. Recommend this.
This spa is in a beautiful setting. The staff are friendly and helpful and had everything set up for us when we arrived. They had even gone to the trouble of phoning me to make sure everything was alright as we hadn't arrived yet. One of my daughters and her friend fell asleep they were so relaxed!
Booked spa day at the Elms for me and my daughter with cream tea as a treat We were shown to spa by reception and we spent time in the pool and the Jacuzzi which went outside the to sauna and dreams rooms with great shower experience. We both had a mini manicure although there are other treatments we could have chosen. The cream tea was lovely. The staff were really friendly and the waitress servicing the drinks and food was so polite. Would definitely go back again.
Fantastic service, me and my wife was pleasantly surprised with the experience we received at the Elms Hotel. Afternoon tea followed by a choice of treatment which was very professional. And a big thank you to Amy the receptionist who dealt with my booking, Gabby the masseuse and the other masseuse whose name I can't remember sorry.
We will be returning again.
