Had a lovely time. The staff were fantastic polite, helpful and made the atmosphere really nice. Sophie did my treatments she was friendly and the best facial I have ever had. Thank you for a great stay.
Great hotel, facilities, staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of choice of food, including gluten and dairy free, vegetarian. Gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were all very enjoyable. Got a great inclusive deal with dinner, b & b, plus 2 treatments - all with qualified staff in tranquil atmosphere. Lovely grounds with in and outdoor areas to relax. Great value, thoroughly recommend a stay at The Cleve.
Bought this spa break as a gift for my parents, they had an enjoyable spa break and thought the Cleve Hotel @ Wellington. Staff, hotel, food, spa were all brilliant. They would recommend.
Friendly and attentive staff from the minute we arrived. Lovely spa treatment. Fantastic food and drinks. Quiet and relaxing spa without that corporate feel that the big chains have which is a great thing!
The staff at The Cleve were all lovely and helpful. The Prosecco cream tea was gorgeous! The room was a little small, and had a lovely garden view. But seeing as we had robes and towels to hang, there was nowhere to hang them in the room. Dinner was amazing. We slept very well, breakfast was well presented and delicious. The spa treatments were lush, felt so much better after. I had the bliss, my partner had hot stones. We then did the muddy rasul. That was great, a lot of fun! There were drinks available throughout. The facilities were good and for us it wasn't busy. There could have been a few signs to show opening / closing times, rather than being told by staff that the poolside was about to close at 6pm. The gardens were beautiful. The building could do with some TLC, it is a grand old building though, so it can't all be perfect. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place for a spa break, well worth every penny!
