Easy and simple to book.
Spa was brilliant, easy to get to and facilities and staff were great. Dinner and breakfast was very good.
I chose the Cream Tea Spa Day experience as a gift for my sister's birthday. We were booked in from 11am till 3pm, and were impressed with the venue (beautiful old hotel which was easy to find from the A1) and the staff. Everything was explained to us from the start, and we tried everything on offer. There was a problem with the outside Jacuzzi (some of the jets weren't working) but we still enjoyed a lovely hot soak in there. One of our favourite rooms was the "snooze room" - which had been described to us by one of the other guests as "someone's bedroom". Well, yes, it was, but oh, how peaceful and good to just be able to have a lie down and snooze in between our spa experiences. We both opted for the aromatherapy back massage as part of our package, and that was excellent - could have stayed there all day! Finally, our cream tea, which was superb, in the bar area of the hotel. We'll definitely be returning to this delightful place, and would highly recommend it.
Had a lovely treatment by Leah who helped make it really relaxing day. All areas were clean and functioned well. Enjoyed a cream tea afterwards and we were able to take our time and not felt rushed at all.
My son & his Fiancée treated us to a spa day to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We didn’t know what to expect but it really was fabulous. The treatment was amazing, we both had a back massage & the facilities were top class. Our gift included a cream tea & it was lovely. Would definitely do it again.
3 hours of total relaxation. Glass of bubbly on arrival, explanation of where everything was. Favourite part was the outside hot tub. The 25 minute back massage was even more relaxing. Took our afternoon tea in the hotel which was very nice. Would recommend this place and definitely will return soon.
