Overnight spa for my daughter's birthday with a friend. Spa was amazing. Staff fantastic, Sharon deserves special mention, she went above and beyond with her service. Food and room was lovely. Birthday cake presented at lunch, lovely touch. Will definitely be back xx thank you x
Fab hotel, clean, staff couldn’t do enough to help. Food lovely. Spa spotlessly clean, lovely relaxation room and brilliant treatments. Couldn’t recommend enough.
We did the Sunday overnight spa break which included a two course meal and one treatment it was really good value for money. The spa was very clean and warm all the staff were very friendly and helpful and I had a lovely facial given by Lauren. I just wish it had been longer it was so relaxing.
The relaxation suite was well stocked with lots of teas, coffee and water and there were plenty of comfortable beds to relax on.
If there was one thing that would improve this spa it would be the addition of a Jacuzzi but overall we had a great day and would return.
This is the second time myself and partner have visited The Spa at the Suites Hotel this time it was only for a spa day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the massage was excellent and professional. We had full use of the facilities for the day and our day was planned out by the staff so we knew where we had to be and at one time so we were able to enjoy the facility in between treatments and our afternoon tea. Afternoon tea was a brilliant idea, it was to mini burgers on baps, mini fish n chips, onion rings, nuggets and mushy peas followed by a mini sticky toffee pudding, enough to fill the hole. The lady who served us was very friendly. Would I do a spa day again here? Yes I would and I recommend it to everyone as well.
Gorgeous spa ! The treatments was all fabulous and the relaxation room was my favourite plus the afternoon tea was so yummy with a personalised name card on my table felt very well looked after.
