Lovely day, light lunch was amazing and well above expectations, massage was really impressive and well worth the money. Overall had a great day out with my daughter celebrating her birthday.
The hotel was pretty smart, the food was great, the deal was very good value and most importantly the customer service and staff were brilliant, from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant.
This was a fantastic overnight spa break and such good value for money. We were allowed early room check in, lunch, dinner and breakfast were all included plus the hotel treated us extra special as it was my boyfriends birthday. I had a back, face and scalp massage which was an hour long and really relaxing. The only thing they forgot to give us were our robes but we didn't really need them as we were given towels. We were a 10 minute drive from Stratford so went to explore the next day. I'd definitely recommend this for a relaxing night away!
Everything was perfect and would recommend these spa breaks to anybody from the moment we turned up everything was perfect. Thanks for finding this deal for me and I will definitely be using SpaSeekers again in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing 2 day spa break. Close enough to enjoy an afternoon in Stratford on arrival, then we stayed in the hotel for the remainder of our time to enjoy a well earned break. The staff are all wonderful, especially in the restaurant (I suppose we spoke to them the most) where they are all so friendly and helpful. And the food was incredible!! Our spa treatments were excellent and overall we found it brilliant value for money. Everyone made us feel welcome.
My only criticism, and it's only a small one, is about the breakfasts. Instead of putting out cold waffles and pancakes, it would be much nicer if they were soft and warm. Perhaps allow the guests to make their own? I have no doubt that the kitchen would have made fresh ones for us if we'd asked, but there were plenty of options available so this wasn't necessary.
Thank you all for a great few days, I'd highly recommend it to others.
