Lovely spa, it wasn't at all busy when I was there. Sue was excellent, she took time to understand the kind of treatment I was looking for, was very professional, genuinely warm and friendly and I left feeling very relaxed. Just what I wanted! I enjoyed use of the relaxation room, where I had tea served, the sauna and steam room and oh, the outdoor hot tub with the views! Also had a lovely lunch at the restaurant - lots to choose from with my £15 spa voucher. Also Sue and Catherine were very helpful in helping me choose a product from the spa to buy with the £10 voucher my package included. I would only have liked the option to dip in the pool, which they no longer have there. But all in all a lovely relaxing experience. Just what the doctor ordered!

The spa was spotless and had a couples massage that was just amazing. The hotel was lovely and the food some of the best we have ever had. It was a lovely break to recharge.

Very relaxing environment, my husband’s first time at a spa so we decided to do a day visit as we are very active people. He thoroughly enjoyed it as did I. Very attentive staff although the package we booked said we would have food and refreshments all day plus a light lunch. We only had 1 coffee and no snacks and the light lunch only covered the food not drinks, so I feel that could do with some more explanation in the booking. However that is a small issue and one easily rectified. Massage was lovely and the sauna, steam room and hot tub were clean and inviting although a little chilly getting in the hot tub as it’s outside. There is something quite satisfying sitting in a hot tub with the rain falling and your covered up in the warm water.

I’ve just come back from a day of indulgence at the Springfield Hotel’s spa, and I felt I had to say something about it. The whole day was fantastic, really relaxing and just what I needed. Recharging my batteries was so easy there, and by the time I came out I felt like a new woman. I’m already starting to wonder when I will be able to fit in another day there. I’m officially hooked!

A work trip was cancelled recently so I treated myself to a day at the spa instead – why wouldn’t you? Anyway, a friend of mine had recommended the Springfield Hotel previously, and I can see why she did. The Rasul experience I signed up for was heavenly, and I started to relax from the very beginning. Next time, I plan on an overnight getaway instead, and I already can’t wait.
