Your ritual begins with a 25 minute treatment of your choice before a 20 minute session in the Somadome Meditation Pod helps you drift deeper into bliss.
Afterwards, wrap yourself in a robe and linger in the relaxation room. Feeling energetic? You could even hit the gym for a workout. Finally, to warm you up from the inside out, there’s your choice of a steaming hot drink or a sparkling glass of Prosecco waiting for you. The perfect antidote to seasonal stress? We think so!
