Housed in the former stables, the gorgeous spa brings you all the relaxation and rejuvenation you will ever need. As soon as you arrive here you will be able to unwind like you've never unwound in the past.
With seven exquisite treatment rooms and a comprehensive range of tempting treatments, time spent here will always hit the spot. Make sure you set aside time to relax in the impressive 22-metre heated pool as well.
Everyone likes to work out in comfort, and that’s why the welcoming atmosphere at the gym here is such a plus point. Occasional exercisers and dedicated athletes alike find this environment ideal for their needs.
There’s a wonderful choice of state of the art Technogym machines, cardio equipment and free weights, so every session can be tailored to your requirements. You’ll also find a superb team of experts on hand for advice and guidance.
There’s a wonderful sense of elegance in the main Dining Room at Stapleford House, and this is reflected in the enticing menu. Dishes are served with a classy flourish, making every mealtime a thing of beauty.
If you’re looking for something typically English while you’re here, try the sumptuous afternoon tea. And for more informal occasions, head to the Pavilion for delicious food and drinks overlooking the golf course’s 18th green.

I had booked a full body massage as part of a Spa Break to celebrate my special birthday. It really was a wonderful massage with firm pressure as I had requested. I have very tight shoulders and neck muscles and I really felt that I benefited from the expert massage I received.
Would love to come here again!Cate Gaul, Fleet

On a cold January day, there is nothing better than chilling out with a Spa Day and this one did not disappoint! From the moment we were welcomed at the leisure area with a hot drink, the staff at all stages of the day were superb! We were prepared for the swimming pool and steam/sauna rooms to be located in the main hotel...it was only a few minutes walk away and we were given the option of a golf buggy, this did not bother us as we liked the crisp morning air! The pool area is small and bright but our only suggestion would be to take a drink as there is no cafe/bar area attached. Lunch was in the golf pavilion and the 2 course meal was excellent. We had the Pearfection Treatment and this was a body scrub with a full body hot stone massage, both therapists were lovely and the treatment rooms were amazing, probably the best I’ve seen at a spa hotel. All in all we had a fantastic day...I almost didn’t write a review to keep this place a secret for us
