I have no idea where to begin! I booked the 'Just the two of us' package for myself and my sister. On arrival to the spa we were greeted by two very friendly staff who gave us all the information we needed. We then had approximately an hour and a half to enjoy the facilities uninterrupted. The spa itself was quite pleasant and relatively quiet when we attended but was starting to get busy when we left. At 3pm we had our booked treatments. The staff again were lovely and very professional and friendly. We had 55 minutes of pure relaxation which was fabulous. When we finished, we collected our voucher and made our way to the lounge for our included afternoon tea, which quite frankly was wonderful. The perfect end to a perfect afternoon.

I first visited the Royal Bath Hotel as part of a hen weekend party, and I was determined to come back one day for a pampering break. I’m so glad I did! The hotel is historic and in a great place close to the beach. The views across the water are something else, and the spa is really relaxing. I had a massage that seemed to ease away my tensions right from the start. I’ve got a feeling I’ll be returning to Bournemouth on a regular basis from now on.

Awful stay
I would not even give this hotel a 1/5, had I had that option. We stayed here a few weeks ago, and was put into a room which was out of order for public use. The room was freezing, and we told the......Read more
