Fantastic day treatments where fabulous only down fall was the facilities where busy with screaming children not very relaxing also Jacuzzi wasn’t the warmest, no robes provided at the start had to ask for them they said they stopped doing them but the staff got us them the ladies on the spa side went above and beyond would return maybe on a week day.

My massage therapist was excellent, the treatments I received were wonderfully relaxing. However I booked this spa day on the understanding that a light lunch was included as this is what is advertised on the website but there was no lunch available at this spa so I had to cut my day short as I was very hungry and so couldn't make full use of the facilities. The website says the lunch may vary but it does not say it may not be available. I was really disappointed and felt a bit cheated by this. I couldn't even buy myself lunch as the restaurant at the hotel couldn't take payments through contactless phone. It was quite a downer after a brilliant treatment.

My best friend and I went to PURE in William Street last week, and we fell in love with the place. We both had a hot stone massage followed by a lovely lunch n the hotel. The team working there were so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are first-class. If you’re looking to get away for a day of relaxation, I recommend it. I’ve been feeling more and more stressed recently, partly because of family and partly because of work.
