When the leaves start to fall, so should your stress levels. Nestled in the heavenly Hampshire countryside, Old Thorns Hotel invites you to press pause with this cosy escape. Choose from three indulgent 40-minute treatments, each handpicked to wrap you in warmth and comfort. Think spiced scrubs, hot stone massages and facials that feel like cashmere for your skin.
Afterwards, float between the health club, private relaxation rooms and (if the weather behaves) the VIP terrace. Robes, slippers and afternoon tea are all part of the ritual, along with free parking and plenty of peace and tranquility. Autumn never looked so inviting – or felt so good.

- Cashmere Comfort facial - A deeply hydrating facial completed with a hot stone massage to the décolleté and shoulders to melt away tension - 40 minutes
- Spiced Serenity - A full body ritual beginning with a smoothing Orange, Jasmine & Cedarwood scrub to gently exfoliate finished with a relaxing hot oil scalp massage - 40 minutes
- Toasty Toes Ritual - Nail shaping, cuticle work, hard skin removal, exfoliation, and a soothing soak, followed by a nourishing foot mask and finished with a relaxing foot massage - 40 minutes
