Myself and my partner chose Mercure Birmingham West Hotel and Spa as we were in desperate need of some self love and I am so glad that we did! The hotel itself is beautiful and we arrived with an extremely warm welcome by the staff, they made us feel comfortable and excited to stay. The spa was such a relaxing and wonderful experience and would most certainly recommend. To say the least, we will 1000% be returning!

I booked my spa day last minute as I was in need of some me time and relaxation. I started my spa day at Crystal Spa with a facial by Jamila. It was so soothing. I spent the morning relaxing a sun lounger, reading and listening to my music. There was a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, but I just wanted to chill after my facial. It was relatively busy for a Monday morning, but not crowded. I had a lovely lunch in the hotel restaurant followed by a 1 hr full body massage (I paid extra for this) again by Jamila. It was so worth it. I fell asleep during my treatment and felt just great afterwards. I would recommend the Crystal Spa and will book to have treatments with Jamila again.

Spa - small facilities, found it difficult to get use of hot tub and sauna as large groups of men in them for about 2 hours straight not allowing others a go. No padlock for locker - would be better if you brought more to give to ladies.
