Treatment room and pool areas very clean.
Pleasant helpful staff.
As the changing rooms where being refurbished we where allocated a hotel room to change and shower in.
All in all we had a lovely relaxing day.

Excellent food in Bar area. Great treatments with great therapist. Good pool area and sauna etc. Would highly recommend.

I went with a couple of workmates to Jiggi’s recently and we had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing there, and we were made to feel welcome from the very first minute. We all had a couple of treatments, which were fantastic, by the way, before relaxing by the pool for the rest of the afternoon. By the time we left, we were all so chilled out – I managed to forget all about work and home – and were eagerly talking about making a return visit. I have to admit I can’t wait to go back again. Bring it on!

Nice little spa
Basic but nice little spa. The staff at the Hotel were lovely. We had a back, shoulder and neck massage which was lovely. My only criticisms were the large shower was stuck on freezing so no one was using it between the Sauna and Steam room and up until 12.30pm (on a Friday) half of the pool is sectioned off for baby swimming lessons which includes the swimming teacher singing the babies nursery rhymes which although very cute and she is perfectly tuneful..its not as relaxing as we had hoped especially as we had gone for a spa to have a break away from our little boy. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommended. We would go to this spa again (in fact we are re booking today) It is good value for money but we will try and time it so that we are having our treatments whilst the swimming lessons are on.

Successful spa day
A SpaSeeker representative went above and beyond to find me a suitable spa day. The service from this woman was exceptional. However, the spa was bog standard, small facilities, everything required and everything working, just standard, no relaxing area to sit by the pool, but everything did what it should, the pool had water, the Jacuzzi had bubbles etc, and lucky for me there was only 1 other person there (Good weather kept people outside not In a spa). Spent an hour in the facilities until treatment time, back massage and head massage. The therapist, Ria, was wonderful, lovely person and an incredible masseuse. This was my first massage and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she respected my privacy and made sure my dignity was covered. She made the whole day incredible. So all in all, it was a great day and I would highly recommend the treatments on offer here.
