The spa facilities were lovely and I loved that the pool was warm. We had a back massage performed beautifully by two polite and professional ladies. The cream tea was delicious but unfortunately the coffee was disgusting. It was scorched with boiling water, served in a teapot and didn't even taste of coffee! I had expected to get a cafeteria for two, maybe next time!

Spa day at the Robinswood Hotel was excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Came away feeling relaxed and happy. Excellent massage and cream tea. Facilities not too busy. Facilities clean but a little run down, needs a little TLC.

This is the third time I have been for an overnight spa break at this hotel. It’s not the most modern accommodation but it’s nicely decorated and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the spa facilities are in good order and the food is delicious. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

The facilities were very good in this hotel and wasn't too busy with other users other than later on in the afternoon. I have to say that the massage was excellent and I was very impressed. Dinner was excellent too. All on all, it was a great break (Drinks in the bar ridiculously expensive)
