Booking process was easy and friendly. We arrived at 10am for use of the pool & facilities - followed by a Rasul treatment at 11am. I'd recommend the treatment even though self administered as it’s really easy to do, a great sensory experience and leaves your skin feeling amazing. We then chilled in the relaxation room to return later to the pool and steam room. It works better if you can go to the afternoon tea straight from the treatment as we weren’t keen to jump in the pool again when we had such fab feeling and smelling skin. Afternoon tea was good, the best was the view over the lake. Only criticism would be to supply tokens for the locker as £3,50 to buy a token felt unnecessary when we’d paid for a spa experience. Yes I’d recommend and would definitely love to go again.

I bought a spa package for my mums birthday, it was well worth the money. The place is beautiful inside and out, afternoon tea was yummy and the whole place had a relaxed vibe about it. My only complaint was staff etiquette, there was staff talking for about 15 minutes outside the treatment whilst I was having my treatment. After my treatment I was taken to a relaxation room and again staff talking outside the room about something they were not happy about. Overall a lovely place, very well priced and we are already planning to go back.

The facilities were nice and changing rooms were clean. The treatment was lovely with a massage by Libby who was very skillful. The afternoon tea was really delicious and fresh and it was kind to give a cakebox to take home what I couldn't eat. The staff were really helpful and moved my afternoon tea earlier so I could eat with someone else who was alone that I met at the spa. Lovely day out 😀

Very good spa break, a big hotel but didn't feel too overcrowded. There was space in the pool area to swim and chill, and the massages we had were nicely relaxing.

Lovely surroundings and smiling welcome to spa. The facilities were top notch and we enjoyed the pool, sauna and heated loungers very much. It would have been good to be told how to use the bubbles in the different areas of the pool, we only learnt where they were and how to use them from watching other members. Also to be forewarned the lockers need coins would be helpful too. Our pastries and coffee were a nice touch after the spa.

The Rasul mud treatment (and the lovely welcome from the therapist) was wonderful although top tip - don't spend too long putting the mud on! We did and the steam room had already run out by the time we had got to it. Do the scrub afterwards to maximise time in the steam room as it's on a 15 minute timer. The spa itself is compact but clean and with big steam & sauna rooms. The information when we arrived was lacking unfortunately, and we did have to go back several times to ask questions. A quick welcome walk through the time spent at the spa would be helpful and would have put us more at ease with what to expect. The afternoon tea was lovely, the cakes were fabulous and there was plenty of them! We didn't feel comfortable going through in our robes as we had to walk through a huge work conference to get there, so quickly got dressed. Overall, it was a good experience for the price we paid.
