Best in the uk!!
Me and my husband visted Casa Spa today and it wasn’t beyond words. Absolutely heaven, the service provided was brilliant the lady who attended to us was the most loveliest really looked after us. My husband is a Hammam lover! Who has had many in his time abroad and by far this was his best experience from them all. Highly highly recommend! We will definitely be visiting again.

While at first we found it hard to find on a Sunday morning with most other places closed, I must say once we found it and started the treatment me and my mum had a great time. I booked the mother daughter spa package which was perfect to spend time together and be pampered by the lovely staff. We was able to swap the hair mask for a face mask and the grapes were so juicy. The manager also then recommended a place for lunch called Al rez and building on the great morning spa experience the food was just as great. I would recommend this place, they are down to earth, relaxing setting and very professional.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and invited to sit and have a drink before we were seen. While there wasn't exactly a changing room and had to be shared as well as could be accessed because there wasn't a lock there were lockers for our items. The staff were friendly, professional and concerned with our wellbeing. We opted for the mini pamper day and it was lovely, we had a facial, massage and manicure but were also treated to the steam sauna. Overall it was a lovely experience and one I would like to try again in the future. The mint tea was delicious as was the fruit we were served after our sauna and we were able to just relax and be pampered. I would suggest however that a place be made for mani/pedicuresas it was carried out in a massage room and I was concerned for the technician as she was not in the correct posture and could eventually harm herself if she constantly does this treatment.
