Spa facilities were very good. We had booked a joint massage and facial but unfortunately only 1 therapist was available. I relaxed in the chill out room whilst my husband had his treatments. Lucy was fab and ensured the pressure she was using was ok. My husband was impressed. Big thank you to Lucy. Spa clean and staff very friendly.

Hotel and spa
The staff that did our treatments were very professional and the treatments were fantastic. However the hotel and the spa were very shabby and in need of urgent upgrading. Also the steam and sauna was out of use, which was very disappointing. I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it.
