What happens at a spa?
If it's your first time visiting a spa then you might not know quite what to expect. It's usual to be unsure what to wear to your treatment, but anything that makes you comfortable is acceptable as your comfort is top of our agenda. We also recommend you arrive early to make the most of the facilities on offer and give you some relaxation time before your treatment.
Once you're ready for your treatment, you'll have a consultation with your therapist so they can best cater the treatment to your specific needs. This shouldn't last too long, and you'll be given an idea of what to expect so nothing comes as a surprise.
