Spa voucher for Mother’s Day

mother-and-daughterI don’t know about you, but I always feel a little bit guilty about not getting to see my mum as much as I’d like. She doesn’t live that far away, but it just seems that I have something else to do at the weekend than see my mum. So I’ve decided to take her away for a spa day to celebrate Mothers Day this year.

I can’t think of anything better than to treat my mum to a pamper day, and the very best thing is that it gives me the perfect excuse to treat myself, too. Crafty move, don’t you think?  Mum is a bit of a newbie to the spa world, so of course I’ll keep her company...I’m not sure that mum has really got the hang of a spa day yet, she seem to think they are just for ladies of leisure, with rich husbands who can afford to let them spend all day having facials. Bless her. Secretly, I think she’d love to be spoiled rotten, even though she says she doesn’t want a fuss.

I’m thinking of buying a spa voucher for Mother`s Day there`s loads of spas in Surrey we could go to and its something we can do together, and she would really appreciate a massage and a good girly gossip over lunch. You never know, I might convert my mum into a spa addict like me yet...
