Shop till you drop? Or...

How are you getting on with your Christmas shopping? Yes, I know it’s not Christmas for four weeks but apparently 28th November marks the start of the busiest two weeks for shops, online and high street, of the entire YEAR.

I have to confess that I’ve already been sneaking a few presents into the house when the man is at work and Sophia is at school, let’s just hope they don’t go looking around the house as I’ve been FAR too busy researching spa days and things to actually do anything as organised as wrapping them up yet. But there are some people I’m really stuck on, which is why I’m probably going to cheat and buy them some lovely spa vouchers.

All my friends and relatives love the fact I go to spas and write about them for a living, so they are always asking me if I get special spa deals (I wish) but I reckon given the amount of interest they show in my line of work, they would appreciate a bit of spa love. I think that my Mum, who has been busy trying to look after my Nan for months after she had a fall, would love a spa day for her and maybe her friend, and as they live in Suffolk I’m thinking of perhaps treating them to one at Clarice House in Bury St Edmunds, or Clarice House in Ipswich. Their two-for-one deluxe spa days seem like just the thing for a stressed mum!

Spa vouchers are a great idea for people you just want to spoil a bit, and so much easier than fighting your way around the shops in the cold...
