Absolutely amazing , the venue was beautiful, and everything was such good value. Best spa we have been to! Beautiful!!
Booked Slaley Hall for my girlfriends birthday, we had a treatment each and afternoon tea.
Everything was fantastic the treatment was unbelievable and the lovely woman who provided the treatment was very polite and professional. The spa facilities are great and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
The afternoon tea itself was lovely, however service was just standard.
Overall highly recommended as Slaley Hall is a beautiful place and the spa is fantastic. Will definitely be going again.
A fabulous value for money experience! The staff make the whole experience fantastic, and the treatments are as good as I have had anywhere! I will definitely be going back!
Very impressed. Steam room was awesome-really steamy!! Sauna was good. Pool was a lovely temperature. Facilities clean and well maintained.
Hotel room was spacious-comfy beds. Quiet room.
A wide variety of choices at breakfast time. More waiting staff required during breakfast time. On both mornings we had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone took our tea/coffee order.
Evening meals were well presented although portion sizes were on the small size.
Spa treatments were to a high standard - I felt pampered and not rushed as can sometimes be the case when the therapists have back to back appointments.
Thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience. Therapist excellent and informative. Back massage was amazing and facial good too.
