Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Treatments were amazing and the hotel facilities excellent, could not fault it.
Friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were all in close proximity so easy to find everything. The treatments really set us up for a relaxing day. Afternoon tea was fabulous. Overall a fantastic experience.
Had a fabulous day, very clean spa , not overcrowded, afternoon tea was amazing. The treatments were very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Overall lovely day and recommend Rookery Hall.
Beautiful setting and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you.
Shown around on arrival. Robes and towels provided, flip flops at a cost of £3 or bring your own. Bare foot Is acceptable.
Lovely cafe/bar even though £3.50 for a coffee did seem a little expensive. Afternoon tea, served between 2-5pm. We ate after the treatments at 4:15 and it took a us half an hour to tuck in to finger sandwiches and mini selection of cakes and a pot of tea each.
Lovely and clean pool area the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were fantastic and clean the changing rooms - little on the small side but adequate with the use of several hair dryers and a towel/robe drop afterwards.
The relaxation room where you can have a snooze was out of this world with its waterfall wall and once inside you can visit the amber room for herbal tea, juice and water.
The massage was relaxing and Debra was warm and friendly and used just the right pressure when needed, the sorbet to finish was yummy.
We had a lovely day at Rookery Hall Spa. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The facilities were fantastic, very calm and relaxing. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious! My favourite part of the day was my back, neck and shoulder massage. I have a chronic pain condition, so massage can be painful, but Daisy listened carefully to my requirements, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the experience. Thanks to everyone for making our day so lovely. Would definitely recommend a spa day here.
