We had a lovely relaxing morning in the Spa. The staff were very friendly and the treatment was excellent. We especially loved the Jasmin and Rose tea.
The afternoon tea was delightful - a delicate selection that was more than enough without being overwhelming and we still had a little doggy bag to take home to our other halves.
The only thing we thing that could be improved would be the brown robes, they were a little tired and scruffy so a nice thick white one would make a big difference. Overall we loved our experience and thought it was good value for money.
Purchased the afternoon tea spa package as part of a friend's birthday gift and was not disappointed. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the minute we walked in. The surroundings were beautiful and serene...exactly what you want in a spa!
The treatments we received were lovely and the staff were professional and knowledgeable of the treatments they were giving.
Overall a great experience, and my friend and I are already planning our return visit.
I spent a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh recently, and I chose the ideal place in which to stay. The Radisson Blu is in the middle of the city, making it perfect for sightseeing, shopping and soaking up the vibe of the place. The hotel is really historic, yet inside it’s as modern as can be. I spent a few hours in the spa – heavenly! – and the restaurants were amazing. Even though the Royal Mile is busy and teeming with people, inside the hotel it’s all about peace and quiet. I’d definitely go back one day
This was my second visit to the Radisson Blu spa as I had such a lovely experience first time.
The booking experience was really easy via SpaSeekers, no issues at all.
At the spa itself, all the staff were lovely and welcoming and nothing was a bother during my visit.
I would highly recommend a back massage from Gabby, it was lush!
Overall my day was lovely, the only negative I have is that on my first visit mini toiletries (body wash/lotion etc.) were provided which wasn't the case on my second visit....certainly not a deal breaker though and I will definitely be booking again.
Fantastic amenities very pleasant experience- we got engaged here so will definitely remember this visit! The only improvements that we could say were needed would take huge investment and probably...... Read more
