Cannot recommend this spa day at the sleeping beauty/melrose spa highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing. Jessica and Chloe did my treatments with such professionalism. They were both lovely ladies, friendly and reassuring carrying out my massage, pedicure and manicure with skill and enthusiasm. I left feeling really relaxed and happy.
SpaSeekers were fabulous. They organised everything and everything followed the itinerary they gave us perfectly on the day. Their communication was excellent. The spa day itself was one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few. The staff made the day, we were looked after from the moment we entered the spa and nothing was too much trouble. We had complimentary, tea, coffee & water all day. We enjoyed relaxing next to the pool with calming music & lighting and enjoyed use of the steam room & sauna. When we arrived we were supplied with our soft teddy bear robes, slippers, towels and toiletries. Treatments were amazing and the therapists were lovely. Very relaxing experience. we were extremely pampered. After our relaxation we were taken to the cosy bar where we were served our afternoon tea. It was delicious. We were given a vast array of amazing cakes & sandwiches. We had to take some home in a box. All in all an amazing experience which I hope to repeat again soon.
The spa day was brilliant, so relaxing and the staff were so pleasant & helpful. I cannot recommend thr treatments high enough.
We had a lovely relaxing morning in the Spa. The staff were very friendly and the treatment was excellent. We especially loved the Jasmin and Rose tea.
The afternoon tea was delightful - a delicate selection that was more than enough without being overwhelming and we still had a little doggy bag to take home to our other halves.
The only thing we thing that could be improved would be the brown robes, they were a little tired and scruffy so a nice thick white one would make a big difference. Overall we loved our experience and thought it was good value for money.
Purchased the afternoon tea spa package as part of a friend's birthday gift and was not disappointed. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the minute we walked in. The surroundings were beautiful and serene...exactly what you want in a spa!
The treatments we received were lovely and the staff were professional and knowledgeable of the treatments they were giving.
Overall a great experience, and my friend and I are already planning our return visit.
