It is a really nice hotel and spa, we used the pool, steam room and sauna first. Relaxed by pool till we both had relaxing back massage. Then back to pool till we had Afternoon Tea, which was lovely. We were there most of the day very relaxing. Would recommend.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jessica, Amy, Kathleen, Danielle and Leanne (I hope I’ve got all the names right) for everything. I booked a Spa Day for my friends 40th birthday on the 27th Feb as she was over from Australia and we were not disappointed. We would both like to thank them all for their help and friendliness throughout the day. This was my first ever experience at a Spa and I will definitely be back. We were never rushed and nothing was a bother. Danielle even touched up my nails after I ruined them just before I left (thank you). Well done on a great service x
Had great day! Very relaxing. After 4 in the afternoon more children in pool. Which was fine with me. Maybe not for others. I was there on a Fri. Staff were lovely. Massage was great.
Great afternoon at the Spa - lovely treatments, good use of gym and pool. The staff were all lovely and accommodating and everything was very relaxing.
The tea was delicious and plentiful - we were pleasantly surprised!
We arrived and were greeted immediately with a fresh drink and given the tour. The facilities were spotless and the staff were amazing in every sense of the word. The back massage in particular was a highlight, I don't think I've felt so refreshed in a long time. The pool and sauna areas were easy accessed and very relaxed, will definitely come back!
