I was lucky enough to spend a long weekend at the Radisson Blu Cork recently, and I can’t find anything negative to say about the place. The hotel itself is lovely and peaceful – just what I needed after a busy period at work – and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. I loved the food in the restaurant, especially the breakfasts which started my days off perfectly, and the spa was incredible. I treated myself to a couple of treatments and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I get the chance to go back there I will take it. After all, life’s too short to miss out on chances to unwind!
