Had a wonderful spa break... welcoming, cosy and attention to detail with excellent treatments. Lovely outdoor hot tub which was fun and relaxing even in the November drizzle! My only regret was that we didn’t book an extra night!
I went for a spa day with my Mum we were firstly welcomed by smiley faces at reception. I had a fantastic facial by Lily which included a scalp, neck, shoulder massage she also massaged my feet & legs which was an unexpected bonus!
The spa facilities both indoors & out were clean & the right temperature in the pool & Jacuzzi. There were hot & cold drink stations on all levels, with lots of lounge areas. We will be back for sure.
I would highly recommend the hotel restaurant, they really went out of their way to cater for my dietary needs.
Booking was easy and so were any changes we made including on the day.
Service was excellent.
Treatments were fantastic
Facilities exceptional we loved the outdoor pool and hot tub even in the rain.
We are looking forward to making it an annual trip.
Relaxing four hours spent at the Spa, fitting in some gym time, sauna, swim, relaxation on very comfy lounges and a divine aromatherapy facial. Very clean, good showers, comfy gown and flip flops provided. Also plenty of towels. Enjoyed the smoothie mid-morning. The two course lunch in the hotel after was very tasty, if a little too formal for my taste. Would definitely recommend.
What an amazing experience. The staff and facilities were first class. Will certainly recommend to friends I know live in the area and will hopefully get back soon.
Lucy was a brilliant therapist and truly met all my needs. Thank you.
