Really happy with our first visit to Norton House. All staff encountered were great and we were made to feel very welcome. Very clean and loved the little touches. Will definitely be back soon.
This was my first spa experience and it was excellent. First and foremost, I must say that the staff were wonderful, everyone I spoke to was polite, helpful and very pleasant (but not in a stuffy way, they were just very nice people!). I went to the spa alone as my friend had to cancel last minute but the experience was still very pleasant and I did not feel self-conscious at all. I felt very relaxed and comfortable, so a huge thank you to the staff for looking after me so well.
The facilities were great. There's a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool with waterfall, sauna, steam room, as well as poolside loungers where you can take a break and relax with a book. In addition, there is the Amber lounge and the Relaxation Room. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The afternoon tea was delicious, the changing facilities were excellent. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend Norton House Hotel Spa.
Excellent afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed it very relaxing surroundings.
I attended for a spa day break with my mum as a birthday treat. I could not fault anything about the whole day, the staff were friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for you. We had forgotten to take flip flops and were given some free slippers, the therapist who done my massage also wished me a happy birthday which was nice! Facilities at the spa were very clean and well maintained. The free herbal tea and water was also a nice extra. We loved the relaxation room and the sauna. We also had afternoon tea of cakes, scones and sandwiches which we both really enjoyed. We will definitely make another booking for the Norton house spa! Thank you!
Spa was really nice. Fantastic treatment. I would return for the treatment of a Facial and Tired Eye treatment. Very clean and good condition.
Down side, the price went up when I re-booked (after my Mum broke her foot and we had to reschedule) and the venue (the day before) changed the lunch and Spa times so they were close together and we were subsequently late for the treatments.
