Absolutely perfect from start to finish.
All the treatments were completed to the highest standard and very professional service throughout.
The whole spa was a great layout! The whole hotel was amazing. Loved it.
Massage was perfect! Very relaxing! Staff were lovely and a good choice of spa facilities to use. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!
The first thing I noticed about the Netherwood Hotel was the incredible view of the sea, and the second thing I noticed was the elegance that seems to be everywhere. This is a lovely place for a weekend away from it all, and I’m so glad I chose to stay there. The rooms are really comfortable, the spa is fantastic and the food in the restaurant was yummy. I had a weekend away with my best friend and we’ve both said we can’t wait to go back again one day. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later!
Netherwood hotel Spa was lovely! The treatments were fantastic and the hot tubs and steam rooms were excellent. Spa was clean and immaculately kept. I would certainly return to the spa.
The hotel was tired and old fashioned. They got a few details about our stay wrong including trying to get me to pay for the whole thing again at the end. Communication between staff was poor.
Great thermal suite and pleasant staff. I have visited twice and enjoyed both times. A couple of organisational issues though:
During my first visit, after my session, no staff were present so I had to go into the hotel to ask for the Prosecco that was meant to be included in the evening package.
During my second visit, my treatment time ended up being different to the one stated in my email confirmation. I had just settled in the garden with a glass of Prosecco, but then rushed to get changed for the treatment - not ideal and not a relaxing experience!
Only improvement suggestion would be to have better timings so that things run a bit more smoothly for customers.
