The spa facilities were good, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the food was simple but good and the staff were lovely.
Had a lovely relaxing day, enjoyed the swimming all very clean and relaxed.
The hot tub is fabulous as is the sauna ice and steam room.
We visited the Spa for an overnight pamper stay.
Arrived at 3pm on Saturday and check in was very good.
Room was excellent, so we went down to the Spa area.
There was an excellent gym, large pool, Jacuzzi and outside Jacuzzi, 4 various hot rooms and an ice room.
The evening meal was limited to a pre set menu, with 3 choices for each course.
Breakfast was excellent in a lovely dining room.
The spa treatment was first class.
My friend and I had a fabulous day at Norton Grange Spa. The swimming pool and all the other spa rooms helped us to relax and enjoy the whole experience. All the staff were very pleasant and informative. The hot and cold drinks and delicious fruits were very welcome on one of the hottest days of the year. The midday meal on the balcony was very tasty and well presented. We had two treatments each with our day package . Both of these massages were way above what we expected with very experienced masseurs. We both felt very relaxed and refreshed at the end of our super day at Norton Grange. Thanks.
Very welcoming on arrival, Jacuzzi lovely and warm and sauna, steam room, aroma room, ice room and pool excellent. More loungers round the pool area would be good. Take care walking round the pool whilst wearing slippers as it is quite slippy. There was a choice for light lunch which was delicious. Treatments were very nice and relaxing. Look forward to returning.
