My sister and I booked a 2 night spa break at the Mecure Hotel in Cardiff and had a great time. The treatments were excellent - we both had the facial and full body massage. We paid extra to make both treatments an hour long and it was well worth it. The hotel room was fabulous - we had a privilege suite on the 12th floor with great views. Both the breakfast and dinner were good. The staff were great, particularly the therapists and the reception staff, although everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Staff were excellent.
Spa treatments were great.
Lovely relaxing couple of days.
Thank you again for a lovely experience at the spa. I had a very relaxing facial with a head and shoulder massage. Totally recommend. Staff here lovely.
Spa as always was amazing, friendly staff and lovely relaxation room to chill. Lovely treatments.
It was a fantastic experience, wonderful massages therapists, good spa facilities. Only thing was the lack of staff around the reception on first floor but all staff were very welcoming, friendly and wonderful.
