We were shown where everything was when we entered the hotel, the spa is located on the first floor to check in.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even allowed me to check the products before using for my facial. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Lunch was of a good quality and plenty of tea and coffee making facilities.
On the whole a very enjoyable day thank you.
Perfect afternoon, very relaxing, good treatments and lovely lunch.
We had a lovely day. The facilities are excellent. Lovely and clean. Exceptional staff. We were shown around so we knew where everything was.
I felt the back massage cold have been a bit longer but the facial was amazing! The young lady who treated me put me at ease, as I am not a frequent spa goer, she explained everything to me and gave me some follow up advice.
I can’t wait to go back!
My sister and I booked a 2 night spa break at the Mecure Hotel in Cardiff and had a great time. The treatments were excellent - we both had the facial and full body massage. We paid extra to make both treatments an hour long and it was well worth it. The hotel room was fabulous - we had a privilege suite on the 12th floor with great views. Both the breakfast and dinner were good. The staff were great, particularly the therapists and the reception staff, although everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Staff were excellent.
