The staff at the spa were very friendly and welcoming. I had a brilliant experience with the lady who gave me my spa treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and was very good at her job. The whole experience was calming and relaxing. After the spa we had a lovely lunch which was very tasty and there was a nice atmosphere in the dining area.

My friends and I have spent a day at this spa at the end of the school year for the past 6 years as a way to unwind at the end of a busy year working with young children. Booking through SpaSeekers was a simple process and the Spa contacted me almost immediately to clarify booking times.This year we found that the spa has undergone some changes with regard to treatments and products used, moving away from Decleor to a brand that we were unfamiliar with - Thalgo. Between us we experienced facials, massage, pedicure and a wrap. Everyone was impressed with the expertise of the therapists and the benefits of the treatments. We were able to settle into the relaxation room with little interruption and had full use of the facilities during our stay. A light lunch was provided in the hotel bar/restaurant and we all enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal, an improvement on the boxed meals of previous years. It was a relaxing day and we will return again next year.

It was very relaxing. Food and service was excellent. Spa facilities are basic..swimming pool, sauna and steam room. It wasnt overcrowded which added to being able to chill out more. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

It was an amazing first time spa experience. I loved my massage, manicure and pedicure. Will definitely go back to Mecure Brandon hall hotel for a spa break again. Had a nice big room the food was delicious and very warm and well spoken staff.
